Can you fix a shattered touch screen on a LG zenon and how much will it cost?

the touch screen probably cost as much as the whole computer once these screens are shattered you have to replace whole screen, with model number I could find out the price but it would be high cost, you may find another like it thats something else is wrong with and swap the screens out.
