We got a call near the end of last week from a woman who lives in California and owns a rental home here in Clearwater Florida asking us to Presssure Wash her Concrete Driveway and Sidewalks. Once we arrived I was shocked to see that it was completely covered in black mold. After talking to a couple of neighbors we found out that the Driveways and Sidewalks have not been Cleaned in over 12 yrs. We went there to Clean one and ended up Cleaning three for other residents. One of the members of the Homeowners Association was so shocked at the difference when he was passing by and stopped to speak with us about Cleaning all the driveways, Sidewalks and Rain Gutters throughout the entire community. I only took a couple of before and after pictures. I should have taken more but here are the ones I did take.

This was a Tile Roof that we cleaned in Oldsmar Florida in the East Lake Woodlands Subdivision on Monday. You can clearly see where the customer had tried cleaning the front part over the garage and quickly decided that this was a job for a professional roof cleaning company. You can also see in some of the after pictures where the roof was beginning to get rinsed from a big storm that we got caught in before the second coat was applied to parts of the front. We also cleaned a huge pool enclosure and pavered pool deck in back for them. They were extreemly pleased with the results and said that they will never try to clean it again themselves. www.aspc.us
