Anapol Schwartz Enhances Mass Tort Practice with New Office, Attorney in WV

PHILADELPHIA - (Business Wire) Anapol, Schwartz, Weiss, Cohan, Feldman & Smalley, P.C., announced Barry Hill has joined the law firm as its resident partner in West Virginia, working from the firm’s new office in Wheeling, W.Va.
Hill adds his more than 30 years mass tort experience to Anapol Schwartz’s national mass tort practice, also bringing background in financial fraud and other complex litigation. He has served by appointment as special assistant to the West Virginia Attorney General in notable consumer protection and antitrust litigation, including a current false advertising case involving the prescription drugs Risperdal and Duragesic that has attracted national attention.

A member of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Litigation Counsel of America, he is certified as a civil litigation specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and a medical malpractice trial specialist by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys. Active in the legal community, Hill has spoken on various legal topics at more than 100 seminars and conventions in 26 states.
