There are a few tricks that can help you look your best in front of the camera. The first thing you need to consider is where the photo will be shown. Most professional photographers advise women to simplify their makeup and hairstyles, and wear solid colors, as opposed to prints. I recommend 72 hours prior to your photo shoot, avoiding red meat, caffeine, alcohol and spicy foods. These foods can make your skin oily, or can possibly make your eyes appear puffy and swollen. Also, avoid using Retin A and Alpha Hydroxy products on the day of the shoot, because the skin may peel and show up in the photos. However, exfoliate your skin on the morning of the photo shoot. Make sure that you are staying hydrated by drinking plenty of water. If this is not your regular habit, begin doing this as soon as you find out that you need to be photographed and be sure to get a good night`s sleep the night before the shoot. Make sure that your brows are professionally shaped. If your skin tends to get red after waxing, have it done a few days prior to your photo shoot, then simply pluck the stray hairs on the "big day." If you color your hair, make sure that you have your roots done prior to the shooting. As soon as you find out that you will be photographed, start using a daily tooth-whitening product. Makeup Mishaps Stay away from gloss, it does not look attractive in photos. Use a matte finish foundation, and avoid outrageous eye makeup colors. Since makeup lights can be warm, be sure to use waterproof/smudge proof mascara. Be sure to carry along a makeup corrector stick. if you are not confident about your ability to apply makeup, consider hiring a professional. Dress for Success, Not Excess Dressing for a shoot: If you are taking a full-body shot, dark-color clothing that flatters your figure is your best bet. Be sure to cover up all tan lines, and remove excess body hair. Smile and have fun with it!

As long as you remember that once you go ahead with the perm. makeup you will be stuck with those colors for a long time... So if you are one to like to change eye makeup and lipstick colors often then maybe you should think twice before going ahead with the perm. makeup.
