Welcome to my Blog.  You may have read about GBO and our conference rooms on the first page.  I would like to relate a little story about a  friend of mine which, shows how having one of these rooms could be advantageous in business.

This friend of mine belongs to business that requires him to help set up their product and show how to use it and make sure everything is going well,  He travels all over the world to do this.  He also communicates with his business associates.  However, picture this...  They are on the phone talking and at the same time trying to go over stuff on the computer.  Who knows what they have to go through getting information across.  They spend several hours on the phone and computer doing this.  The company provides their phones and of course pays the phone bill. Can you imagine the phone bill? 

Now, picture this...they have downloaded one of our conference rooms to their computers. (It is a small,safe download.)  They schedule a time to meet.  They all get on their computer wherever they are in the world and click on the icon, hit login (your username stays until you change it, so does your mod code) and voila, they are in the room.  Once you are in the room, you are live. You don't need to call in on the phone.  You see and interact with what's going on in the meeting.
 
Here they can text chat, use a microphone or both.  It can be set up so only one person can speak while the others listen or you can take turns.  You can do a presentation in the room, use the whiteboard or destop sharing. Did I mention you can also transfer files there.  You can record the meeting.  You can do all this no matter where you are in the world as long as you have internet.  If you have a web cam, you can have video so ,they can see you when you are speaking.  Speakers and microphone are necessary to hear and speak of course.  Headsets work really well.

There they are ,all together in one room, able to interact live and do what ever it is they do in their meetings saving, time, money and travel for them and their company.

I conduct GBO meetings in these rooms and I go to business meetings for some other busInesses i'm involved in that also use these rooms. It's so nice.
