SUMMARY OF ISSUES WE HAVE RECEIVED:

We have been working in cooperation with the company we lease from to address such concerns. While Helping Friends LLC is in no way related to such business practice, we believe we are contacted because of our proximity, and HFCN has published easy to contact information by phone, toll free number, and email.  Helping Friends LLC has received numerous concerns reported  specifically from a  similar address, but with multiple company names, we have received reported issues reported to us because of nonresponse to the published contact information with regards to issues of:  

• email subscription problems for work from home email aliases they either did not ask to be on or could not be removed from.
• work from home jobs-- reports they were contacted as a match for jobs and asked to pay a fee to be considered or purchased a book-- ordered a work from home business book and were seriously overcharged and told to return it for full refund which was not refunded, after the book was returned. 
• product concerns.
