                  Pat Lund owner, has more than eighty or so clients currently, with whom she uses up to six employees, to help her finish her accounts.  She has every day of the week for every month, scheduled except for “some” weekends.  She prepares "all" schedules for herself, her employees, and her clients, separately and handles all person to person and telephone people skills, "new", and current together with her basic business administration.  She is administrative and managerial in her duties.

     Her husband, Dennis, with his thirty six years of IBM mainframe computer system and peripherals experience, plus personal computer skills, does all spreadsheet design for her clients, and employees, does Pat's employee's payroll, calculates taxes for South Dakota Dept. of Labor, South Dakota Dept. of Revenue and Regulation   Quarterly 941 reports, which are sent to the State of South Dakota and to the Internal Revenue Service.  Dennis also maintains banking online money transfers from home for business purposes and orders supplies and corresponds monthly by telephone with the United States Department of Labor.  The purpose of this is for labor / payroll information is for national employment statistics regarding average wages, number of employees, gender, and other labor tracking.  As well, Dennis hooked up with SSA Business Online Services this year to fully generate "online" W-2 / W-3 Forms for the Social Security Administration and IRS.  Concurrent with this Dennis also downloads www.irs.gov tax forms for Pat's business.

       Further, Dennis has installed and customized a mail-merge computer system for billing and newsletters.  All clients are sorted alphabetically, billed when applicable, and are sent selected by the computer software, all invoices, letters, labels, promotional material, and so forth. The elimination of handwriting will free an hour per day from Pat's schedule, more time for her managerial and marketing skills . . .    With the help of mass advertising, My wife, Pat, has doubled her number of clients this last year 2007, and added to her number of employees, as well.    With Congratulations for my wife, Pat,  for her ongoing business success . . .
