Beat the heat and cool off on La Playa, Jungle Island's Private Beach. Relax under a shady umbrella, recline on a comfortable chaise lounge chair, and enjoy a Playa Colada while overlooking the beautiful Biscayne Bay landscape.

Kids love La Playa, too! With exhilarating water slides, a fun bounce house and a swim area to make a splash in, we've definitely put the "play" in Playa!

La Playa features:

• Inflatable Fun Stations

• The Big Kahuna - This exciting ride allows the little ones to climb 17 feet to a plateau, where they will take a seat and take a slide down the waves. Then, they'll splash into a refreshing pool. (This slide may be converted into a dry slide in cooler weather.)
  
  
  

• Splish ‘N Splash 180 Degree Slide - Featuring 180 degrees of fun, Splish ‘N Splash invites children to conquer a rock climb and water slide, and then go at it again, for double the wet and wild sliding fun. (This slide may be converted into a dry slide in cooler weather.)
  
  
  

• SpongeBob SquarePants Obstacle Course - The little ones can visit their favorite pineapple under the sea with this dry land adventure. This obstacle course bounce house offers a large interior jumping area where children can try their hand at a basketball hoop, log and pop-up obstacles, climbing feature and a thrilling exit slide through a Tiki God's mouth for loads of fun.
  
  
  

•A Taste of the Islands - Enjoy a variety tropical drinks and snacks. From a Playa Colada to a frosty popsicle, you'll always find a tasty treat to beat the summer heat!

La Playa will close in the event of visible lightning or severe inclement weather.

Please note: Footwear is required at all times on La Playa - both on the sand and in the water. If you prefer not to bring aquatic shoes from home, they will be available for everyday prices in our Island Treasures and Gifts Shop.
