Marbl Slab Creamery now has Waffle Bowls that are dipped in the worlds finnest dipping chocolate.  Try our new Waffle bowls taht are dipped in dark chocolate or white chocolate.  Then you can also choose between our chocolate dipped waffle bowls that are rolled in Oreo, rainbow sprinkles, Heath, or Butterfinger.  Now all you have to do is choose your favorite flavor of ice cream and Mix-in to put in it.  You can tell that we love to make you smile!

Recent research has uncovered that ice cream actually triggers the brain's pleasure spots. It appears from clinical trials that just one spoonful of ice cream brings a smile to the happy areas of the brain. The willing participants in the study were asked to eat vanilla Carte d'Or ice cream before having an MRI – magnetic resonance imaging – scan to see which parts of the brain are activated when people eat it. MRI scans detect regions in the brain affected by changes in the levels of blood oxygenation. The results of the scans, done at the Centre for Neuroimaging Sciences in London, found that ice cream has an immediate effect on these pleasure zones. Previous research had found out that when people are really enjoying themselves these areas are activated. The findings place ice cream in a select group of feel-good foods which have previously been written off as foods to limit or avoid. did you know that eating ice cream is one of life's ultimate pleasures. It's fun to eat and has positive memories. Now for the first time studies show that it can actually put you in a better mood. Marble Slab is open for business all year around.

Statistics show that in the winter time ice cream sales actually increase.   The majority of customers tend to get most of it in the grocery stores and not the parlors.  The ice cream parlors shut down or suffer during this time in Minnesota.   How ever, Marble Slab Creamery in Woodbury has adapted and is now a supplier to Kowalski's market and are currently looking for more markets to sell to.  We would also love to have our application accepted for the state fair next year or in the near futere.  Keep an eye out for our coupons and promotions to come.  We have a lot of great deals for you and the kids.
