We've heard that we should consume whole grains, however, we're not always sure if we are choosing whole grains at the supermarket or receiving them when we dine out. There are also a wide variety of specialty grains that are quite tasty and provide healthy fiber, vitamins and minerals. Discover by dramatic readings from Shakespeare's plays the wide array of feelings brought on by the Winter Solstice, appropriate for both Tudor and modern times! Participants will assist in reading and discussing the emotion-packed issues uncovered by the bard's writings. We will explore the purpose of Royal Court celebrations during the dark winter days and compare it to our own perspectives and needs of the season.

James Wells, DMin, NHA, is an appointee of the Order of St. John and member of the St. George Society in America. He is widely read and studied in Shakespeare and his decades of working with aging persons provide a unique perspective on this body of literature.

The E-nopi Learning Center at Bridgewater is proud to present a series of hands-on activies to stimulate, develop and challenge your thinking, while having lots of fun!  Drawn from the Enopi program, these problems will give you a chance to 'think outside of the box' by giving each student a series of fun, exciting, and challenging hands-on activities.

Prizes will be awarded to those who challenge themselves to more than 10 of our 15 challenges!
