I've talked about emotions and health. How about just about the act of smiling.  It's a Universal communicator, everyone in the world knows what it means. There's something about a smile.  We like to see it on others and others like to see in on you.  Try doing it more yourself. It costs nothing at all. It's standard equipment on all of us.  All we have to do is use it. Notice how you feel better almost instantly.  Notice how much better people respond to you.  You don't even have to smile at anyone in particular.  Just smile and people will be drawn to you. I dare you to try it! LOL! Make a conscious choice and try it.  Note: We as humans can usually detect a fake smile so think happy thoughts when you turn you smile on!
