Have a good green tea ready. Green tea is very good for you.Green tea come from china snd grew in other Asian countries.

Green tea has been around for thousands of years, and is known to have significant medical as well as theraputic properites. Like the black tea more familar in Westen Countries, green tea comes from the Camellia sinenis plant.(shown below).

The differnt between Comment Types of Green Tea

Tips:Too much Caffiine cancan increase your heart rate, restlessness and insomina. To lower the caffine content of green tea, pour a little water over the leaves prior to infusion and strain the water off after 30 seconds. The perpare the tea as usual. Canc According to science stuidies, compounds called polyphenois in green tea may inhibitthe growth of cancer cells and the deveoplment of tumors. The benift of these compounds is generally attributed to their antioxidant activity. Several cups of green tea per day are needed to enjoy this benefit.

 Preparation Green Tea:

Pour 1 Cup of boiling water

over 2 tsp. of dried, crushed marigold flowers and steep for 10 minutes. When you make the tea from fresh flowers, check the flower heads to be sure no insects are hiding in them; you can also just pull out the petals. Use 1 tbsp. of the petals in 1 cup of water.

Scar

After an anger outburst, the scar remains with the victim. Especially if it is a woman, woman generally remember what you have said for a long time. Be careful when dealing with your anger.

There was a little boy with a bad temper. His father gave him a bag of nails and told him that every time he lost his temper, to
hammer a nail in the back fence. The first day the boy had driven 37 nails into the fence.

Then it gradually dwindled down. He discovered it was easier to hold his temper than to drive those nails into the fence. Finally the day came when the boy didn't lose his temper at all.

He told his father about it and the father suggested that the boy now pull out one nail for each day that he was able to hold his temper. The days passed and the young boy was finally able to tell his father that all the nails were gone. The father took his son by the hand and led him to the fence.

He said, "You have done well, my son, but look at the holes in the fence. The fence will never be the same. When you say
things in anger, they leave a scar just like this one. You can put a knife in a man and draw it out.
