Tears Of Joy Video

Last Friday my sister and I attended a graduation party of 3 daughters of families we know.  The mothers had each given pictures of each of the three girls who had grown up together, but had attended different schools.  They split the cost of a video -and had it as a nice addition a party for their daughters. 

The party was held in a park, but my sister and I provided the projector and screen to show it-and there was electicity by the picnic benches.  About sunset we started setting up the equipment and everyone at the party kept coming up and asking "Is there going to be a video from Tears of Joy Video?"   See amoung our friends, it seems a party isn't given these days without someone calling us to do a montage for them.  In fact if we go to a party and the host hasn't asked for a video, we find the guest are disappointed.

The girls did not know their moms had put this video together, but they enjoyed the trip down memory lane.  Each child was featured with their family and then the last section was pictures of the three together over the years.  That was the part that seemed to touch most of the friends, because they had watched these girls stay best friends since  they were 3 and grow up before their eyes.  There was many good memories shared.

As the producer of these montages, each and every project is personal to me-as it is with all of us at Tears of Joy Video who create these montages.  Durning the time we put these videos together it is as if you become part of the persons life and learn about them.  We feel privleged to be able to take people's memories and create their story, which will be a piece of their family keepsakes for years to come.  

As we said good bye to our friends that night, everyone one said what a wonderful job we did on the video.  Its great to hear the feedback.  But the best feedback was the smiles we got from our friends daughters.
