Motorcycle Accident Attorney Tampa

While more people than ever before are discovering the joys of riding, motorcycle fatalities have been on the rise in Florida. In fact, Florida now leads the nation in motorcycle fatalities. Nationally, there was a 7% increase in fatal motorcycle accidents. This increase is despite an overall decrease in highway related deaths.

Thompson&Glenz; lawyers understand that motorcycles are exhilarating and enjoyable to ride. Unfortunately, especially here in Tampa, other drivers simply neglect to watch for them. The results are usually disastrous. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, a biker is 35 times more likely to die in a crash than someone in a car. Over a one year period, only 33% of motorcycle accident victims survived.

Motorcyclists have the same rights as other motorists. The lawyers at Thompson&Glenz understand those rights and aggressively represent those that may have been injured or lost a loved one as a result of a motorcycle related accident. With nearly twenty years of legal experience, the lawyers at Thompson&Glenz can help you through these difficult times and would be privileged to represent you.

Comments:

I was in a single motorcycle accident as the result of a pothole in the construction area near Tampa International Airport.
My bike was damaged badly and I missed two days of work due to the accident.
I have contacted the consulting firm that represents F.l DOT and the contractor for the construction and they will pay to repair the bike. However, I am now concerned about owning the bike and I will take a major loss if I sell the bike after it is fixed.
I am wondering if I have a case against the contractor. The contractor and FLDOT knew exactly what pothole I meant, without me having to tell them where it was. Also, the told me that they are fixing the pothole tonight. Please email me or call me at 724-501-6644.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Emily Sleeper
