What Does My Boss Know? Web Survey
I really think my boss is out of touch with reality. All those memos and demands sent from the top floor have no application on the floor and often are just impossible to achieve causing so much stress. What does my boss know or care? I have not seen my boss on the floor for months. Recently we all found a web survey in our mailboxes. I did fill it out because I think that the top needs to know about the issues the floor experiences every day. Thanks to that web survey perhaps we can all work together to solve the problems and increase productivity without so much stress and misunderstanding.
