As a virtual recruiter for AIRS Call Center, you will be apart of a rapidly growing Call Center that provides exemplary service to our clients by calling individuals who need to be qualified and screened before being matched for an open position with our client.

This is not your standard "revolving-door" type call center position. We have a small team that is very well compensated, and our work environment is very positive and team-oriented. This is a "work-from-home" position, however we provide in-depth training and constant support. Hours for the position are flexible.

We are expanding to meet the growing demands of our local and national clients. This position will require working with principals on web design and development projects as they arise.

Graphic Artist

This position requires:

2-3 yrs Experience (New graduates with a good portfolio will be considered) Must be able to work in a fast pace environment.
Must be able to work alone with no directions
Must be very creative
Must have very strong designing skill
Must be willing to work form home sometimes
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
Strong customer service skills while interacting with other members of the project team and directly with clients
Self-starter, ability to commit to projects and follow through to completion
Proactive in pushing Flash technology to its limits; researching and implementing innovative use of Flash techniques and features
Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressures of tight deadlines and high-volume work
Ability to receive and apply critical feedback on design work
Willingness and availability to work evening and weekend hours on short notice
