my ear are sensitive and i have to wear earrings that have real gold in them, would 10kt gold earrings be ok?

Yes, usually 10Kt. earrings would be ok. Try first, then move up to 14Kt. gold if necessary. Clean before inserting (sometimes a drop of NeoSporin on the post helps). ~Janet
