I adore Jane Witmer of "Eliza" by Lancaster Wax Queen. Since I am a wedding planner myself, I know the importance of picking great wedding professionals for a wedding. Our wedding was an old hollywood theme and Jane went above and beyond with the make-up. She created classic pin-up type make-up (false eyelashes, red lipstick, and all) for myself and my bridesmaids. She traveled to the site of our wedding and stayed until she felt everything was perfect. We received compliments all day on how great our make-up looked. Also, I would also just like to comment on how personable and fun she is. If you are looking for a great make-up artist, Jane is your girl!

I have been going to Jane for pedicures for a long time. She is very professional and very caring. The polish on my toenails lasts from pedicure to pedicure. (60 days or more)

I have been going to Jane for a few years now and she is incredibly detail oriented, professional, knowledgeable, and very sweet. No matter how long of a break between appointments, she remembers who you are and things you talked about during the last appointment. She genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. She is very detail oriented and a perfectionist. Most places perform the service and send you out the door. Jane will inspect, re-inspect and then re-inspect again after having you preview the work to see if you want anything further done. Jane also practices the most sanitary techniques I have every seen. I have no worries at all when I see Jane that I'm getting exposed to a previous client's cooties :-) Jane is also is incredibly knowledgeable about the work she does, the newest/best techniques and equipment and which treatments and products are best for her clients. I highly recommend Jane to anyone.

Jane performed my very first wax about 4 weeks ago, and I am now about to make my next appt. with her. She is AWESOME! I travel from York to Lancaster just so that I can have Jane do my wax! She is extremely knowledgeable, and very considerate of explaining everything that is going on, and how things happen, etc. I feel so lucky to have found someone to perform this service for me that I have complete confidence in! Jane performed a variety of services to help prepare me for my recent wedding. She did LED light treatments, facials and waxing. Jane does the best eyebrows as she has an extreme talent for detail. She is very sanitary, organized and efficient. She will accomodate your schedule and needs. I would recommend Jane to anybody looking for relaxation and pampering, especially bridal parties.

Jane is a professional. She puts her clients at ease. The care that she takes to maintain hygienic conditions is second to none!!! I highly recommend her without hesitation. She truly is the Wax Queen.

Recently started going to Jane. Had a couple pedicures and she does an amazing job. She is really "in tune" with her clients - She doesn't chatter away if she senses I just want to relax and read. On the other hand if I've had a Starbucks and am chattering away myself, she joins right in! Got an underarm wax for the first time and Jane did a great job. This lady LOVES what she does! She explains things and has great tips too. I'm hooked, and will continue to schedule my appoints with Jane. :-)

I was travelling to Philly to have my brazilians done. Jane's process more modest, less expensive, friendlier than philadelphia. I went to philly cause the place I went to in York was so painful i could not finish the process. I no longer have to travel to Philly and I can keep my dignity in the process. I loved Jane and will go back.
