I called to verify that they take my insurance. I came in for an exam. They gave me a quote and scheduled an appointment . I've called my insurance to verify the price on the quote. It turned out that I was overcharged. I spoke to Rhianna & she said get my insurance company to fax her the price list & she would talk to Dr. Pham. Instead she called me back to inform me that they did NOT accept my insurance. REALLY??????

If I could I would give this office 0 stars. When entering this dental office you're taken aback by the beautiful decor unfortunately that is the only thing good about this office. If you're looking for cheap braces and discounted dental work then this is the place however you should remember YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!! I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.

My kid's consultation with Dr. Tuan Pham on August 11, 2010 was a great experience, and we received a good treatment recommendation. Dr. Pham was very positive and he believes in educating the patient and the parent regarding their treatments. I took my kid to him for a brace consultation and his price for braces are better than what I have received so far. I plan on moving forward and getting my kid’s braces from Dr. Pham, I will let you know how that works out. Regina

After going to 3 different orthodontics offices and being quoted $4000-$4900 for my daughters braces I came to Aquarium. Found them online and made an appointment immediately. Office is very nice, doctor is knowledgeable and explains everything. Office staff is pleasant. Doctor Pham said my daughters case was easy and normally would be $4200 however due to grand opening it would be $2500 plus $400 for retainer. That SURE beats $5000. My daughter is due for next adjustment in November. So far I am pleased I have a couple of questions that I am sure Dr. Pham wil answer at our next meeting. BTW you will have to get Orthodonic xrays at another place. So far would recommend. Only thing I saw that I didnt like was it was very dusty all over, might be due to construction still in process?
