The food was wonderful! Crab dip was yummy and the smothered porkchop....there are no words! The staff is very friendly and Liz makes everyone feel at home. Can't wait to go back.

We were there for dinner last night and it was fabulous! Music was in perfect tune with the weekend, food and drinks were nothing short of fantastic....wonderful way to celebrate with my special someone. Thanks for making Valentine's Day so delightful!

I took my best friend to this restaurant for lunch the end of July, It was fantastic! In fact, I could not wait to try the dinner menu. So I took my Hubby here that very same night, Huge Change. What happened to that fantastic snappy & friendly service and wonderful atmosphere? There were more people at lunch time, as well as 2 servers. NO one greeted us at the door though and we had to search out someone to be seated..after standing by the hostess stand for 15 minutes, and the staff DID spot us. Once seated, we tried to order several dishes only to find most of the menu was no longer available, had to settle with 2nd & 3rd choices, waiter stated busier than usual crowd that night. Could only get 1 drink refill the entire evening. Food was delicious though. Very rowdy party of 12 took away from the nice relaxing dinner I was expecting, I could have stayed home with our 3 kids, 6 & under for more peace! OK a few days I wrote a review about how bad the service was but after talking to Liz the owner I understand why. I decided to give the restaurant a second chance and I'm glad I did. I went on Monday's burger night and Oh My what delicious burgers they were. When I first walked in Liz came over shook my hand said thanks for coming, had a good waitress who kept my drink full and prompt service. The burgers were huge, fries were tasty and the whole meal was great. Glad I decided to come back. I watched the staff as they interacted with the other guests. Liz had a personal touch and a cheerful spirit when she dealt with everyone that came in :) She knew everyone's name and took the time out to talk to everyone. Total 180 from my previous experience. Keep up the good work.

I have been in the hospitality industry for over 25 years -- from waitressing all the way up to F&B Manager. Liz and John have created an oasis of Manhattan magnificence that is unparalleled anywhere in the state of West Virginia. Chef John takes great pains in preparing a menu of sensational dishes that is enhanced not only by the excellent service by their staff but also by the jazzy Rat Pack music -- all of this swirls into a magical atmosphere that calls you back over and over again. Bravo to John, Liz and their entire staff for giving us this magnificent gift of the big city without leaving home. We stand up and applaud you!

If you like great food 4th St is the place to go. The chefs all have a passion for cooking.5 star restauraunt without a doubt. dont take my word for it go yourself and enjoy yourself a passion meal that's sure to please. Joe Torres cburg

Visited this restaurant when family was in from out ot town and they food was out of this world. The young man playing piano was so pleasant and so good. Where did you find him? Was coming back and heard he was not there any longer so we did not come back. That experience in May was wonderful. Thanks and use that baby grand again.

I have had the opportunity to eat at the Fourth Street Restaurant on a regular basis since it openned. I am impresse, to say the least, with the calibr of the wait staff. Usually I ask for Liz. Liz consistantly does a superb job...in every detail. I truly cant say enough nice things about this restaurant. the food is consistantly excellent, the staff-superb! The restaurant is elegantly decorated. My hats of to the owners for a great addition to Clarksburg!!!! If you have not tried this restaurant yet, you should! Although I've not yet had the pleasure of dining in, I have gotten take out from here and it is wonderful! Although they have only been open for a short while, I've heard lots of great comments about it. I can't wait until I have the time to stop in and enjoy what I am sure is a fabulous dining experience!
