Please do not do business with this company. The company owner, Daniel, is all about money and customer care and satisfaction is of no interest to him or his office administrater, Jackie. A worker came to unclog a drain pipe and in the process made the situation worst. Rather than using a lateral clean-out he split open a vertical pipe for snake access. The vertical pipe dislodged from the sink drain up above and when the snake bore downward it split open the elbow just below the ground level. The snake couldn't go any further than the broken elbow and so the drain pipe was never unclogged. He told us our problem was a broken pipe and Daniel would give us an estimate if we wanted to fix the pipe. He charged us $110.00 for his time and left us with a broken pipe he created. After two weeks of not using the facility we replaced the broken pipe and called A1 back to finish clearing the drain because it was still plugged up. We canceled after being told we would be charged again.
