This company is unreliable and unprofessional. I have called them 20 times since July 24th to fix what they promised to fix and no response. I am out $560 and still do not have a working cooktop.

I called to get my dryer fixed, I was given a 4 hour window of 11-3, at 3:30 I called to find out where the service tech was, and it seemed to me that they had no CLUE! I asked them to call me if he was not going to be here by 4 because we had to leave, They called at 4 and said they still had no idea when they would be here. I cancled my appointment for the day and asked for the 1st appointment of the following day, I was then given a window of 9-11. It is now 10:30 and still no tech, I called to find out where he was and again they had no CLUE! When I said to just cancel the service call the man on the phone hung up on me! If I was supposed to be the first appointment of the day dont you think they would have been here closer to 9? I do! DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE!!!!

While they came same day and Jose was very polite at the service call, they over charged me by nearly 100%. I needed to have my ice make replaced on my sub zero and my coils cleaned, they charged $500, I called ABT and AAA after they left and total cost would have been $265+tax and $250+tax. I called back to see abt a credit and Michael who answers he phone was hostile hung up on me.

I really wish I could give this company zero stars. My washing machine broke down and they came out the same day... that was great, but they said they had to order the part. I had to pay for the part upfront $170 and the tech said it would take 5 days. That was 11 days ago. I was told he would be here today and guess what .... he didn't show!! Everytime I call this company, they say they will call me back and never do. I am hoping to get my washer fixed tomorrow and put this whole nighmare behind me and NEVER use them again!! I checked with another company and was told the part I needed is not difficult to get - they could have gotten the part in a day. What a joke. Since I had to pay for the part up front I couldn't even cancel this service. They have already cashed my check. Do yourself a favor and choose another repair service.

Zero stars is what they deserve! They kept me hanging for over a week telling me a different story everytime I called. "I'll call you back in 10 minutes" is their standard reply to every inquiry - but they never do. The guy answering the phone is rude. Never again. They never did come out to finish the job. I wish I would have put a stop payment on the check. Maybe then I would get their attention.

This company stinks. They offer free service as long as you purchase repair service but, they will never show up to any appt. that you make to have your appliance fixed. They blew me off 3 times and never called to let me know that they were not coming

I paid you $180.00 for my refridgerator to be repaired, it worked for around three days....Your employee returned and said the refridgerator needed a fan belt. employee should have said it was needed when he first tryed to repair fridge..YOU SHOULD AT LEAST RETURN HALF MY MONEY BACK/YOU HAD REQUESTED ANOTHER !00.00 for repair, THATS REDICULUS! SENDING COMPLIN TO better bus Bureau.. RIPOFF!!!!! no star!

Called them before 8:00 AM to have them come look at my refridgerator. They gave us a window of 10:00 - 2:00 that they would be here. At 1:15 PM, they called to say they weren't coming. Very frustrated as half my day was wasted waiting for them to come.

First time using this company, they were quick to make an appointment within a few hours of the call. Upon arriving, the technician looked at the refrigerator and came up with a ridiculous bill. Charging $350 for a part which I called Sears and bought it for $139 and he wanted $250 for labor. Finding out later, he broke the switch of the refrigerator because I wasn't going to use him to repair the 13 year old refrigerator. Upon trying to contact the company to talk to a manager, he was always at lunch. Never again will I use this company nor refer them. Secondly, never trust a company that works out of a P.O. Box number.
