A 1 Transmission & Auto Air

Jeff does not honor his lifetime warranty. I paid $4200 for a lifetime warranty on my Trooper. Had to get it fixed again for $1200 in Michigan less than a year later. Sued him in small claims and he still owes me $500 about 5 years later!

I advise everyone to avoid A-1 transmission! About 5 Years ago I took my 1994 Isuzu Trooper in to them. I spent $4,200 on the lifetime warranty which they did not honor! I sued him for only the repair cost again of $1200 of which they still owe me $500!

I took my car in to be worked on and they were very polite and friendly.I was worried about being taken advantage of by a automotive shop since i am a woman,but i was very impressed at how comfortable they made me feel. They explained everything to me and showed me what was wrong with my car. when i showed the bill to my husband and told him how they treated me, he said we would never go anywhere else.
