Too small for comfort. Four people too many in the room. They want to charge u % to use your charge card. A guy butts in on my salesperson with his opinion...rude Didn't buy anything,,,,never will

The engagement ring I recently purchased from the Diamond Connection exceeded all of my expectations. I had an idea of what I wanted and they were able to put it together better than I could have imagined and all within my budget. Good customer service is a must for me, especially when I’m dishing out the big bucks. Out of the many other diamond stores I went to in san diego, Stephanie at the DC was the most attentive to what I was looking for and seemed the most interested in actually listening to me. I was surprised at how reasonable they quoted my diamond here at the DC. Most of the other diamond stores I’ve been to initially give me a huge quote and then after some haggling eventually reduce the price by a few thousand! What kind of a markup is that? I was pretty happy that the folks here at the DC didn’t try to take advantage of me (I feel pretty confident in saying that since I did do a ton of comparison shopping). Overall, great experience!

My fiance and I had an excellent experience from start to finish with The Diamond Connection. Adam and Ariel are extremely helpful and friendly. They helped me pick out my dream engagement ring and gave my fiance a great deal. I highly recommend visiting this shop!

Initially I was surprised about the stores size but very impressed with the inventory and especially Ariele. He really was a candid and helpful in the buying process. After looking at loose stones we negotiated an “OTD” (out the door) price that I feel was very good. They cut through all the red tape and had the ring ready prior to our vacation. I felt very good about my buying experience and I was refreshed by the personal care Ariele and his co-worker showed. For not knowing me from any previous visits they had everything ready and appraised prior to our trip!!!! I was so happy and my fiancé loved the ring so much she actually said “if I went and picked out a ring it would look just like this!”- Ariele understood the style I was looking for and it turned out perfect- we even stopped in later to show them and they were very excited- Top notch guys! I recommend them for any diamonds needs and hope them the best!! Thank you guys!!!

I shopped everywhere before I came here. I heard nothing but great reviews about this place. I went to 10 different places and these guys are the best. Not only do they have excellent diamonds, but they went above and beyond to customize the perfect ring in a very short time. If I had to do it all again I wish I had a friend tell me not to waste my time anywhere else. Many thanks to everyone at the Diamond Connection.

I looked ALL over San Diego before I finally decided to buy an engagement ring from The Diamond Connection. This place had -hands down- the best prices and even more amazing customer service than any of the other (10+) jewelry stores I went to. The first time I went in Adam and Ryan stayed with me an hour past their closing time while I was looking at their diamonds. They brought multiple diamonds out in my price range that were much nicer stones than I had seen at any of the other places and I was so amazed with the great service and prices that I bought the ring on the spot. This place may be small but it is THE place to go for an engagement ring. Period. Go inside and look at the huge selection of different engagement rings (all custom made, probably 10-15 times as many as anywhere else). All of their diamonds are certified by the exact same certification agencies that Jared, Robbins Bros.. ran out of review room. Check out the rest on yelp.com. This place is Awesome. Go there

A quick note in response to "Beware". Either you work in a store that finds the best way to tackle stiff competition is by writeing a crybaby review or you were expecting a store policy resembleing pic'n'saves or t.g.&y's. Sorry pal, when you deal with the pro's your lucky to be granted a store policy of returns at all!

Jacob & I got our rings from Adam more than 10 years ago. This January, for my ten year anniversary, Jacob surprised me with new center stone. I thought we were just going in to pick up my ring from a cleaning. I was floored when I saw my new HUGE diamond ring. I was beyond thrilled and then a little worried wondering if we could afford it with the new baby and all. But, Jacob put my mind at ease when he told me that Adam bought back the original diamond and used that toward my new ring. Wow. The fact that they would buy back their own diamond this many years later. That says a lot. I can't wait to see what Jacob does for our 20th :)
