No surprises with her, she and her team stay in contact and are very precise in time and what work is needed. Even tho my house looked tidy, it is very deceptive - the dust is incredible and had been neglected. They were literally RUNNING to get everything done that they could in the time that I had given them. My house is shining still, over a week later, and I am more convinced than ever that Lucinda and her team are worth every dime.

Lucinda's 2 techs worked amazingly, as usual - 3 days before my in-laws came, and only 1 day notice. My mother-in-law usually has a few comments about my house ("These old houses are so difficult to ever get REALLY clean...") but she just silently walked around -inspecting- until she finally stood in the middle of the gleaming living room and declared,'Your house is absolutely beautiful! It just shines!' Thank you for that approval I thot I would NEVER hear!!!
