The lady that wrote a bad review needs to be compensated, not ridiculed. At least she knows how to spell! You did not mention anything about resolving the issue she had with your teacher not showing up for some of her sons lessons, nor did you show any remorse. so yeah the women who wrote the review above mine repedtly called harrasing faimly members that picked up our busnnes line we even had to call the police....our lesion techer was for the managment befor ours so dont lesion to her a-z improved and we care about our costmers ..as for the lady above she needs to growup and stop write bad reviews about someone she was harrasing. -MANGMENT By Amanda on February 26, 2011 at 11:04 AM
If you enjoy being ripped off, cheated and lied to, this is the place for you and your children. My 16 y.o had been taking lessons at A-Z Music, paying at the beginning of the month for the next month’s upcoming lessons. We paid by check instead of credit card (which would have protected us) because they whined about the credit card fee; so I thought I would be nice and pay cash and by check. BIG BIG mistake. The instructor subsequently missed several lessons for which my child was never reimbursed. When I called to ask when we could expect our money back, we were repeatedly hung up on. Not only does this business steal money from children, they're completely unprofessional, sleeping at the cash register, fighting with family members while lessons are going on.
