A to Z Equipment
My husband and I have had a positive experience in the past, but when I went to pickup equipment solo I was treated with disrespect. Their staff was demeaning and spoke to me as if I had no idea what I was doing. The manager acted the most inappropriate and was the most disrepectful of all the staff. I would suggest this location in Phoenix become more educated on how to treat all customers with the same level of respect and courtesy, regardless of sex, color, or age.
