Don't hire this contractor if you want your roof installed legally!!! We hired this company in September 2008 and the roof was installed in November. In February, we received a notice on our door that the roof was installed without an inspection. We repeatedly contacted the company and will not respond to us. In March, we receive a letter from the city informing us a builders permit was never obtained by the contractor and we are facing a fine because this company failed to follow proper protocol. I spoke with the owner last week and he told me he'd get the permit the following morning. I checked today and a permit still has not been obtained for our property. Additionally, the installers damaged our siding and trim when they installed the roof and we are still waiting on the owner to follow through with his broken promises to correct those problems. Look for another company who is reliable, communicates with customers, and won't put you at risk for fines with the city.

Our contractor was very helpful when it came to closing the deal but after the contract was signed I believe we were forgotten. The roof went on pretty quickly, but it has been 5 months and we are still with no gutters. After calling them repeatedly I am tired of harassing them!!! Don't hire if you are in a hurry for a job done!
