Best Auction House In Arizona

5

One of the best Auction that I have been to, they don't sell to people that don't exist, then you see it the next week or say they have a reserve on a item, it is sold to the highest bidder that night. It is a very honest group of people. They dont have on line bidding were other Auctions jack the prices up. This is the only Auction house that I go to. I have got some very good deals. Kee up the good work. Bill

Called for Information - Rude

1

I called to see what their terms are for bidding ie: Deposit and payment methods to attend the auction, A man answered the phone "A-1". I asked "what are the requirements for bidding" and he hung up. I figured it was a accident, so I called back. Same guy "A-1 auctions". I didn't even get "What are your requ......out of my mouth and he hung up on me again. I tried again on a different phone so a different number came up and it went to a fax machine. Waited about 10 min and tried again. This time a older lady picked up and nicely answered my questions. She also apologized twice for the rude guy that answered earlier. I have read these people are rude and uneducated, but WOW - if your going to be running a business that relies on public attendance, they really need to think of hiring a secretary and keep the phone out of the hands of people like this guy, who is obviously suffering a form of bi-poler disorder and is in great need of anger management treatment.

Awesome place to pick up everyday items and to check out quality antiques.

The staff is great. Worth checking out if you like bargains and can keep up with the quick pace. If you don't go then you won't know how much fun (and addicting) attending a live auction can be. I've been to every auction house in the Phoenix, AZ area and have yet to find a better auction where I can buy pallets full (seriously, truck loads) for just a $1.00. You should get there early because parking is kind of limited. Every Wednesday morning is when the tools, smaller electronics, and household stuff is sold and in the evening there is another auction where collectibles, better quality home ware and furniture is sold. I recommend to anyone reading this GO! I mean it. You will just love going there. Because, really, who doesn't loves to buy tons of stuff for pennies on the dollar?

What a fun place to go on a Wednesday and get the Deals... Always something new/old/different that shows itself. A central city treat that shouldnt be missed. The owner and other auctioneers bring it on real and fast. So be ready to make yourself heard if you want something. Speak up and be heard or lose out fast...lol That is why we go, its the competitive nature of the sale.... love you guys, Keeping it real on 7th St. Will go back again n again.

NO GOOD !!!!!

1

Very unorganized and unprofessional. I went back to pick up my items that did not sell the day after the auction and they could not tell me where the unsold items were or what items were sold. They said I would have to look around the ware house to find some things they did not know if the items I found were sold or not. They then told me that they were going to charge me money to dispose of my items even tho I went there to pick them up. The one worker their started to yell at me so by that time I had enough. I had to call the POLICE to make a report. The police told me that I would have to take them to court. If you want an auctions house that will be professional then this is not the place for you. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. I will go some place different next time and I suggest you do too. SOME ONE DELETED MY FIRST REVIEW, SO I WROTE ANOTHER ONE.
