AA TV Service

Worst customer service I have ever had, with any business. Carmine is a crook. He double charged me, never fixed the TV and now, several months later I still don't have the 400 dollars he owes. When I called him to demand the refund he started screaming four letter words at me. If you use this creep you have only yourself to blame. I can't stress enough to avoid this business no matter what.

Bait and switch was used to get me and my TV into the store. I called to ask how much they charge to look at my Vizio 32” TV. They said $30. When I arrived with my TV it ended up being $75 for LCD TVs ($30 is for CRT TVs). Everyone in the TV repair business would know that a Vizio 32” TV is a LCD TV. Then in a few days they call to say that it will cost $450 to repair (a new one is $350). I suspect that this business does very little TV repair work and probably did not even touch my TV. They probably just make their money on the “diagnose” fees.

I took my TV in for repair. I asked if the TV was worth repairing: I was told a definate YES. After paying $75 to look at the TV and another $245 for a part (that seemed to take forever to come in) the TV still did not work properly. After getting the run around for 3 weeks I was told the TV cannot be repaired. He kept the $75 plus took another $100 for his time. I only received $145 refund for the $245 part. This guy is terrible to work with.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this business, I was jerked around for over three months while my TV (waited for a part). And then semi-threatened by the people there. This is not a reputable business.
