AAA Animal Hospital

Less than a month ago after a short walk, my dog Luc went into a seizure. I called AAA telling her that I need to bring my dog in right away ,he was having a seizue . I live less than 5 min. away and it was only 5:30 pm. She tells me in a very unconcern voice " Oh I am sorry, the Dr will be leaving very soon, here is a number you can call and you can go there. I asked her where was it and she tells me , you can ask them. I told her I am outside my house and I don't have a pen. She then tells me to get one. I yelled. I am only 5 min. away. She again tells me the phone number tocall ! She is rude and cold hearted. The seizure lasted over 5 min. then he had another one, by that time I called another animal hospita and told them my problem and the too were just about to close but said get there right away, they will have the Dr wait for us. luc was just getting over the 2nd seizure when the Dr was able to examine him. he is fine now. But That lady at AAA hospital has got to go !!

I have been taking my dog to AAA pet hospital for 3 years, and have had the final straw. The Front desk staff is very unprofessional, I always hold for 15-20 minutes on each call, and have never had a call back on test results. I have made the Dr. aware of the service given by there front staff, but still no improvement, he even nodded at my familiar complaint explaining they have been trying to fix this for awhile. As a business owner I would never allow my reception to treat clients this way.
