i own a window cleaning business in TX. and am having problems with sales, ( getting the potential customer to say yes ) Do you have any advice on this.

Good Morning Tony,
I know for us, when George has to try and convince a potential customer to say 'yes', he makes sure to tell them about our Rain Guarantee and will offer some kind of discount and/or throw in a free service like cleaning ceiling fans, chandeliers or whatever else he may have noticed is in the home and needing to be cleaned.
