In my opinion, Tom Sinclair is the most qualified inspector in Baldwin and Mobile Counties. As an appraiser for twenty-five years, I have seen many instances where a truly competent inspector can reveal to a potential or existing homeowner many items that can cause huge problems if not identified. It is most important that the inspector you choose has the abilities and experience to do the job correctly. I highly recommend this company.

Tom inspected a house we were looking to purchase. He pointed out areas that needed work that we had overlooked and as a result we were able to make a much better decision on the aquisition of the home. Tom was thorough and his report was very detailed and clear with pictures and descriptions of his findings.

I hired Tom Sinclair to do an inspection on a home I wanted to buy in Baldwin CO. He is very through and honest. After his inspection, my husband & I decided not to buy this house because of the work involved. This showed me that Tom works for his customer. Tom, Thank you, I think the builder is one of the 'good guys,' he didn't argue one point when he called me around 0800 this morning it was to tell me that his contractors will be fixing the items on the list today and tomorrow. I'll give you a call when I'm told they're done, and you can tell me if they really are. Anyway he seems eager to fix everything and I think that the value of your service is extraordinary. Tom Sinclair is very thorough and professional. My buyers get a realistic look at the house they are buying and are well aware of any hidden or upcoming issues they may need to budget for. He is not an alarmist but simply explains the problems and the possible corrections. I recomnend him to ANYONE needing an inspection - not just new purchases but also for mold or stucco issues that may be of concern to an existing homeowner.

Mr. Sinclair recently performed a pre-purchase home inspection for me in Fairhope and I wanted to tell you how grateful I am that I did this prior to closing. The number of things that he pointed out more than covered his reasonable fee. The homeowner corrected all these items prior to our occupying the home which made the move much easier. I can only image discovering a leaking faucet, broken window seal, or malfunctioning sprinkler, etc. to add to the stress of all that moving entails. Additionally, he has been wonderful to return calls immediately when I have inquired about follow-up details.

Mr. Sinclair was prompt with the home inspection for the property I was purchasing. His inspection was very in-depth, and explained findings in detail. I liked how the inspection was divided into areas of inspection, such as electrical, plumbing, etc.. and each addressed individually. This made it very easy to study, and discuss with my realtor. I would recommend Mr. Sinclair to any one purchasing a home, and in fact have already done so.
