Contracted this company to totally rennovate an apartment that I own that was trashed by the tenants. They came in and repainted the whole apartment, sanded and refinished the old trim work, added trim around the ceiling, added new popcorn to the ceilings, refinished the wood flooring and installed light fixtures. In 3 rooms then even removed the old wallpaper, sealed the wall due to the old horsehair walling behind it and painted over it all and it looked amazing. I was 101% satisfied with their work and won't hesitate to call them again. I live in MA and they even showed my apartment to potential tenants so I did not have to make the drive to Manchester! Like they say, they are an absentee landlord's dream come true! If I could give them 6 stars, I would!"

I recently moved to Florida and have a house in New Hampshire up on the Lake. I hired ACS to provide lawn maintenance services and general upkeep on my former summer home until it sells. They did a great job fertilizing our lawn and when potential buyers come view the property the yard is manicured to a T - and presentation is everything when you are trying to sell your home. Their prices were more than reasonable and they bought all of the supplies needed at the lowest price possible and included them in the professional invoice I received after they had performed the services. I will call them again when I need my yard cleaned up this Spring after all of the snow melts.

Had this company totally repaint a home I was going to rent. They also cleaned the home and made it sparkling before the new tenants moved in. Would definitely hire them again as they offer competitive and fair rates. Would also recommend this company to anyone!
