Lose My Weight
Stuttering was my problem, I cannot believe the years I wasted. As happy as I am, it also has me sad that the answer to my individual problem was so easily within reach. I knew a bit about hypnosis for years and should have given it a crack much much earlier in my life. I remember it coming down to simple subtle thoughts and acceptances that I already hear my words clearly in my mind when I speak them. This realization and the mind/body connection that had never been there before was all it took. Thank you so much.
