Affordable Auto Repair

Out of fear of retaliating, I wont mention any names. A Family Member took their vehicle in for a repair, didn't get litterly a few miles down the road and the repair failed. When we called Affordable auto they claimed it wasn't their fault, but would extend their shop service fee toward a credit for another repair. About a month later we scheduled another vehicle for repair they changed their story. I argued but there was a fill in manager he won't honor what the other manager had offer and was quite rude in the process. What a rip off. On top of everything we explained to them a family member was seriously ill and we were depending on them to help us out. Our loved one has recent passed away. What a slap in the face. Don't trust this business
