well in my own defense on the above comment i was only the releif manager and only worked here one day a week the property manager did not handle it properly and i had no idea what was going on and was left to answer questions. i am happy to say that if this is the only negative comment we have then were doing great.i am happily the new managment and we have had no problems since that time.

I think it is a shame, that I had my account set up to be paid automatically and because of a glitch in the system (this is what Ms Samatha says happed), my account was charged twice. The only way I found out about this error was reviewing my bank statement online. Most reputable businesses would have notified their customers of such an error. When I called, the relief manger (Samantha) said, "we have already put the monies back in the account and this will take a couple of days to process". I am a Soldier, serving overseas, I just think the proper business procedure would have been for customers who pay automatically to have been notified (by email, the same way they send out the monthly statements),as soon as the error was discovered, instead of a relief manager trying to make it seem as though she has nothing to do with it. She does work for the company, are you all not a team?

stored my stuff while in Iraq and got back to everything being just fine. Nobody messed with it. Would recommend. Price isn't bad either.
