I own a BMW M5 with a 7 speed SMG transmission, I needed the clutch replaced and the dealership kept giving me the run around so I started to look online for places to take my car to and no one was as ready to take on the task as these guys. They were friendly and they made all of the arrangements for my parts to be shipped directly from Germany overnight and had the clutch replaced in a day. Awesome service and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.

I dropped my car off there on a Monday. It needed a tierod replaced. Two days go by and I haven't heard a word so I called. They told me they had been very busy and my car would get in there that day. The next day they call me back and say both tierod ends are bad and my lower ball joints need replaced too. I also needed a shift sensor because my check engine Light was on. They had to order those from put of town. So, I tell them ok I need my car fixed get it done. Monday comes around and they tell my wife the car us almost done! Wrong.... They call me Tuesday says as they where taking the tierods off the nut stripped so they had to cut my tierods off. Then they call me saying I have to pay for new tierods but not the labor for them. After this experience I will never recommend anyone to them.

I would like to say that Jesse at Alaska Gear and Transmission went out of his way to make sure that my vehicle was taken care of the right way with the right price. My hat is off to Jesse, Sam and Kelly for thier great customer service.
