Alberhill Ranch

Alberhill Ranch sucks, there are lots of homes being robbed and the Property Management Company Keystone Pacific won't include this information in the Alberhill Ranch HOA website. The reason is the majority of the Board of Directors for Alberhill Ranch are the Builders Castle Cooke. If I had known their is a lot of break-ins I would not have moved to this community. Also the noise at night is LOUD from Pacific Aggregrate, you can't get a good nights sleep with all the rock crushing and trucks, etc. in the middle of the night. The dues are HIGH, HIGH, HIGH.......

THERE ARE LOTS OF BREAK-INS IN THIS COMMUNITY, THE PROPERTY MGMNT COMPANY, KEYSTONE PACIFIC WILL NOT PUT IT ON THE COMMUNITY WEBSITE TO WARN OUR NEIGHBORS. Alberhill Ranch Board od directors is mainly made up of Castle Cooke employees " the builders" (one person is a resident), and they will be running the board for many many years to come. The dust and noise (in the midddl eof the night) from Pacific Aggregate is irritating and you wake up frequently - what about a good nights sleep........ IT"S UGLY TO LOOK AT THE PITS ACROSS THE STREET - at night. You don't notice this during hte day. The pits look as if they are getting larger and larger daily.
