I walked in to this salon with my yorkie hoping to get a quote for a hair cut. Instead I was greeted by three of the unfriendliest mongrels who obviously can't communicate with humans. Needless to say I will not be a customer or recommend the shop to anyone I like. By Danielle on September 11, 2010 at 08:02 AM
My little dog loves coming here...they do the most beautiful cut and grooming I have every had!!! Very nice people and prompt service. I found this place from a recommendation from my neighbor...her little dog was the most beautiful cut I had ever seen....mine gets the same comments when others see her...You wont be dissapointed!!!! I highly recommend never taking your pet to get groomed here. I'm not sure of the position the worker was in but she was extremely rude. For one, this company claims walk ins are welcome, yet it took 2 weeks to get my Cocker Spaniel an appointment even though I never see more than 3 dogs in the store. All I had asked was for her not to shave my dog and to give her the Cocker cut considering she is a Cocker Spaniel. She said no even after my daughter had politely asked. At that point my daughter had left deciding it would be better for her to wait in the car and not cause a scene. I suggested she could still cut it short just not shaved and she had said you can't always please your children even when it was my request as well. Now the tables were turned, and she caused a scene by refusing to do so and by telling me to take my dog elsewhere. I inform you that everything said on her part was not at all nicely said but quite rude.
I would give this a second thought before taking your pet. By Nicole on July 12, 2010 at 12:20 PM
As a business owner, I find it unprofessional to have your children...particularly a toddler in the workplace. Not to mention they are around customers pets. There was open containers of food and snacks when I dropped of my dog. Who knows if she got scraps? The cut itself was good, I try my best to support local small business' instead of chain stores, which have more convient hours. The shop itself seems pretty clean and the owners are nice. This woman needs to go back for more schooling. The shop is clean but they are so unexperienced that it is a shame that they are in business. By Gloria Sassak on March 30, 2008 at 04:26 PM
