Not Happy with your current agent? The grass isn't always greener.
The agent at first seemed responsive and offered to save us money on our home policies. However, once we signed the applications and paid, they were completely terrible! Not only did they not respond to voice mails or requests for information, it took almost 5 months to get our refunds. We ended up contacting the insurance companies directly to request a different agency.
