Good Afternoon! Two weeks ago you repaired hail damage on my 2007 Dodge Nitro. The service by your office staff was terrific, the rental car process was well handled by your staff, and the repair work on the vehicle was A+ perfect! Also, the vehicle was completed [1] full week AHEAD of schedule. I just wanted to say thank you for the most excellent service. I have already recommended you to a co-worker who is bringing her vehicle to you the end of January and I will tell everyone what an excellent and outstanding company you are!

I love Altra! My car was stolen a few years ago and returned completely trashed...missing seats, exterior damage, etc. Altra helped me coordinate everything with the insurance...kept me continually updated throughout the entire process. They were honest and my car came back to me in great condition!
