Amli At Lantana Ridge

This has to be the worst place to live. I would take a ghetto apartment on the east side over this place. we lived there for two horrible years. the unit above us flooded our unit because maintenance failed to fix a pipe upstairs, and then they wanted to charge us to move into a new unit. and to fix the water damage they were just going to "paint over it" not dry it out or anthing, then they wanted to up our rent by over $100 a month. now that we have moved out we get a bill for replacement of the carpet. really..............1. we reported lots of damage on our move in report that there were holes and rips in it, so it was not new when we moved in....but now they want to charge us for the replacement on it. i dont think so. i refuse to pay for damage caused by other people that was reported when we moved in. they will try to take your money any way they can. the office staff is clueless and they will make you wait forever to talk to them. RUN, RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I have lived at Lantana Ridge for almost 4 yrs. I have no complaints. Management is on the ball, facilities(service request) are responded to promptly, the grounds are kept up and they enforce policy. They have a nice workout room and swimming pool. This has to be one of the best places to live in Austin. I would high recommend it to anyone.
