What a wonderful surprise right here in Palmer Lake! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the Amuze experience. Dinner salads are usually pretty forgettable, but the mixed green salad we had was fantastic. This was then topped by the best salmon I have ever had. It is an intimate setting with a very friendly staff and although we skipped the dessert (gave up sweets for Lent!) I understand they have a creme brulee that is to die for.
