Andy came out and did a great job!!! And on short notice too (I just called last night and made the appointment). He explained to me everything he was doing and showed me how to oil and care for my door myself...and at a great price! I highly recommend Innovative!!!

My garage door opener slipped off the gear late Friday night and Mike came out and fixed it on a Saturday! When I called Mike Saturday morning he told what time to expect him and was here within the exact time frame he specified. Mike was very friendly as well as knowledgible and explained to me exactly what was wrong with the opener and went onto adjust the garage door springs so everything was in perfect working order once again. I highly recommend "An Innovative Garage Door Company" as well as Mike, I have used them several times now and have always been 100% satisfied. Thanks Mike!

Called at 9:00PM when my garage door spring snapped and the trolley on the garage door opener busted leaving both of our cars stuck inside. Talked with Mike and said he'd come out in the morning. As promised he and Scott showed up and fixed it promptly. Friendly service and reasonably price. Would recommend in a heartbeat! Thanks!

I was very happy with the service I received. My car was stuck inside the garage because of a broken spring. The guys made it out to my house that day. It was definitely a company I would use again, and recommend to anyone I knew.

When I ever have a problem with my garage door I call An Innovative. They are Always there when I need them. When I mean Always there. Always There Fast!! I have A three car heated garage.
