August Specials and Changes

Hello Everyone!  I can hardly believe August is almost upon us~ I also can barely comprehend that my son will begin school in less than two months! 

Changes:

The weekly contest:  Free of Charge, ‘Peppermint Twist’ Foot treatment, a delightful experience to address the entire body as this is a very nice finish to any session.   

* Secret Specials” that are only available at my ‘HourTown’ online scheduler.  This is a great way to experience my services or combine and still Save!  

‘Lushful’ Foot Spa session: Try ‘Lavender Fields and wash your tension and stress away!  

* Referral Deals have been updated, so check out my “Promotions and Discounts” page to see the new offers.  

* Practical Sessions are available to book online through "HourTown".  Please select your dates and times soon so I can have practice and you get your spot honored~ (you can book as many as you would like to for August.  Participation will decide if I offer the same for "Trigger Point Therapy".  Please call or email with any questions.

* Keep your eyes open for other emailed specials/ open session times and more!

August Monthly Specials:

* Massage Steals: Aromatherapy or Therapeutic Massages are Available for 15% Off!  (Price ranges from $42 - $51.  All sessions have decreased in price.  Aromatherapy and Therapeutic Massage have reduced to 60 Minutes.  Massage time in other package sessions will still be at 75 Minutes.)

* Save Extra!:  If you would like to book a session for Saturday, August 2nd; I will honor any pre-bookings at the prices I have for July.  I will be out of town July 30th, returning late evening on August 1st.  Book now to SAVE! Currently, my Saturday is wide open!

How to Love Yourself

This was sent to me by a dear friend on a forum I belong to... I feel it is something I know I can learn from and it holds a great lesson for me personally.  Every day I remind myself of these values, yet I do know it is very hard to always live and practice them - especially the 'art of forgiveness' as this is the hardest thing to do when one has been hurt in life, as all of us have been at one time or another.  Enjoy!

How to Love Yourself

1) Stop all criticism: Criticism never changes a thing. Refuse to criticize yourself. Accept yourself exactly as you are. Everybody changes. When you criticize yourself, your changes are negative. When you approve of yourself, your changes are positive..

2) Don't scare yourself: Stop terrorizing yourself with your thoughts. It's a dreadful way to live. Find a mental image that gives you pleasure (mine is yellow roses), and immediately switch your scary thought to a pleasure thought..

3) Be gentle and kind and patient: Be gentle with yourself. Be kind to yourself. Be patient with yourself as you learn the new ways of thinking. Treat yourself as you would someone you really loved..

4) Be kind to your mind: Self-hatred is only hating your own thoughts. Don't hate yourself for having the thoughts. Gently change the thoughts..

5) Praise yourself: Criticism breaks the inner spirit. Praise builds it up. Praise yourself as much as you can. Tell yourself how well you are doing with every little thing..

6) Support yourself: Find ways to support yourself. Reach out to friends, and allow them to help you. It is being strong to ask for help when you need it..

7) Be loving to your negatives: Acknowledge that you created them to fulfill a need. Now you are finding new, positive ways to fulfill those needs. So. lovingly release the old negative patterns..

8) Take care of your body: Learn about nutrition. What kind of fuel does your body need to have optimum energy and vitality? Learn about exercise. What kind of exerci
