I have called Mr. Kimball several times in the past four years. His staff has saved me and my wife a lot of money. They have been very respectful and prfessional.
DO NOT CALL THEM FOR SERVICE!!!!!
My wife originally called them to service our new dishwasher(it was making a loud noise). The guy walks in looking like he is heading to a Rays game, did not even bring his tools in. She explains the situation that midcycle it makes the noise, interrupts her and says ..."I am not waiting that long I have other calls, being a tech myself in a different trade I tell, surely their is a way to check in a svc mode. His reply is, "Yeah, but this design(my $2000 fridgidaire) is known for having terrible pumps, Its the pump!" The following week, he comes back installs the part, and still having problems. I called up to explained to them my experience and the lady who answered the phone, claiming to being the svc manager, tells me their is nothing they can do and their best teck is who they sent(I TOOK THE TIME AND FOUND IT TO BE OUT ALIGNMENT). I had to contact the manufacture, who is know putting them under review, has referred another svc dealer
