Owner prone to violent temper tantrums
In the interest of full discloser I worked for this shop. But, I feel that this needs to be said. The owner is prone to violent temper tantrums and though he has never actual hurt anyone his employees should not have to put up with these outburst. Additionally, every outburst that I'm aware of came as he defended the "manager" who would constantly insult the other employees. Threaten their jobs or their pay or would blame others for her errors. Take your business elsewhere.
