Joe arrived on time, when he said he'd be there, and repaired both my dryer and my fridge. He was friendly, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and charged me a fair price for all that he did. I will definitely call him again when I need to have something repaired! AND I will keep his business cards handy to recommend him to my clients!

I called Joe the other day to come look at my washer. I had an idea of what the problem might be but wanted an expert opinion before I ordered a part I didn't need. He inspected the machine to make sure it wasn't anything simple and verified that I did, in fact, need a new part. He'll be putting it in when it arrives. He didn't make me feel rushed or give any high pressured spiel. Just honest answers and advice.

We have used Joe Young on two different occasions and both times his work with superior. (We have called him again for another project!) The first time he repaired our dish washer and the second time he retaped and strapped our duct work. I highly recommend him.

OK, so this fellow starts our business relationship by telling me that repairing my washing machine will not only be somewhat costly BUT will leave me with a machine that is questionable at best. He gave up getting money from me in order to tell me the truth. What more could I say? What more need I say? Maybe he's the..... "Noble" (No-Bull) Repairman!

I am the one who wrote the review when he told me NOT to repair my washer - but what I didn't tell you was that he told me what make and model of used washer I should buy and where I could get the best deal.... I DID get a great deal!.....and It's been working great! Who could ask for anything more?

Recently had ArchAngel Appliance out to service my dryer. I thought that my dryer was on its last leg and feared I may need to purchase a new one. Couldn't afford it right now. The technician told me some things I could do that would make my dryer work better. Couldn't believe he was giving me advice and we had a nice talk. Was knowledgeable and courteous. He fixed the problem in thirty minutes time. The cost wasn't that bad either and especially with not needing to buy a new dryer. At the end of the time he was there I mentioned my garbage disposal wasn't working. He fixed it in five minutes and didn't charge me extra. Was really something! I would recommend ArchAngel Appliance.
