Area 51 PC

Shaun at Area 51 PC fixed my PC and my laptop when I thought I'd have to invest in at least one new computer... he removed viruses and get both up and running, faster with without glitches. Thanks Shaun for your honesty!

I recently brought my laptop to Best Buy in Fort Myers. Although the staff was friendly the Geek Squad quoted me a VERY high price to fix my laptop that had broken hinges and screen. That's when someone suggested I try AREA 51 PC. They said that the company is very reasonable. I just thought I would share that the cost to fix my laptop was nearly 50% of what Best Buy quoted me and was fixed in about 6 day turn around. I have now found a great service I can trust ! A++++

I would like to thank shawn for fixing my pc. Prices were fair and shawn is the only person that i enjoyed talking to. Looking forward to future business with Area 51 PC. Only deal with shawn because the person i spoke with before was not friendly at all.

great pricing and great service. i had used other services before where they charged me a lot and never fixed anything. shawn has even called me at night like 9pm when he was working on something so it would be fixed by morning . i appreciate that. i can't live with out my laptop for work. joel

I had brought my computer to AREA 51 PC thinking that I had a virus, I spoke with one of the techs who was very understanding and allowed me to explain what was going on. After explaining the symptoms, he asked me if he could hook up the machine. I had bad encounters with other shops who charged me for basically doing nothing, but he assured me that they give a free evaluation. He went right for the problem and stated he didn't believe it was virus! I was skeptical and asked why? Everyone else told me I defiantly had a virus. He said he could see drive errors and asked to do a diagnostic. All I thought was how much was this going to cost! He handed me a flat rate brochure and said that the charges are what are printed no games. In 24 hours I got a call stating the drive was failing, I was horrified as I had years of pictures. The cost never was an issue they never went over what was quoted, I have all of my data and they didn't miss a thing. I am so happy, I just had to share it!!
